The village of Fishbourne is best known for its Roman Palace and Gardens - an extraordinary archeological site boasting the largest collection of early Roman mosaic floors in Britain.

Further afield you can explore the delights of Chichester - with plenty of shopping, the lovely cathedral and the Festival Theatre to keep you busy. There’s also Portsmouth and Arundel to discover, as well as National Trust properties to visit at Uppark House & Gardens and Petworth House & Park.

Of course, we’re also just a few miles from Goodwood - famed for its stately home, racecourse and world famous motor circuit. The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and Revival Meeting events are all held here, so book your accommodation at The Bull’s Head well in advance!
